{"id":22172,"date":"2023-05-30T17:32:57","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T20:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdap.org.py\/?p=22172"},"modified":"2023-05-30T18:06:02","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T21:06:02","slug":"22172","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdap.org.py\/?p=22172","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICADO CDAP N\u00ba 14\/2023 &#8211; RESOLUCI\u00d3N DNA 813\/2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DISTINGUIDOS\/AS SOCIOS\/AS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remitimos la Resoluci\u00f3n DNA N\u00b0 873 de fecha 29 de mayo de 2023, \u00abPOR LA CUAL SE MODIFICA EL ART. 10 DE LA RESOLUCI\u00d3N DNA N\u00b0 105 DE FECHA 24 DE ENERO DE 2023 \u00abPOR LA QUE SE ESTABLECEN PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA LA PRESENTACI\u00d3N, PR\u00d3RROGA, SUSTITUCI\u00d3N, CANCELACI\u00d3N, DEVOLUCI\u00d3N Y REMISI\u00d3N PARA EJECUCI\u00d3N DE GARANT\u00cdAS. CONSTITUIDAS A FAVOR DE LA DIRECCI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE ADUANAS\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El citado articulo menciona cuanto sigue:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 10\u00ba. En el caso de ENTREGA ANTICIPADA DE MERCADER\u00cdAS CON LIBERACI\u00d3N DE TRIBUTOS, la garant\u00eda deber\u00e1 estar vinculada obligatoriamente a un despacho de importaci\u00f3n oficializado en el Sistema Inform\u00e1tico SOF\u00cdA, por el plazo m\u00e1ximo de 90 d\u00edas corridos a contar desde la oficializaci\u00f3n de la declaraci\u00f3n detallada, conforme al Art. 125 numeral 3 del C\u00f3digo Aduanero, concordante con el Art. 180\u00ba del Decreto N\u00b0 4672\/05, prorrogable por una \u00fanica vez por el mismo periodo. Al efecto de la presentaci\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda asociada a la operaci\u00f3n, la misma deber\u00e1 cubrir 60 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles mas el adicional dispuesto en el Art\u00edculo 5\u00b0.
